Q: How long will it take to deliver my order ?
A: Most of our orders are shipped within 2 to 3 business days of the time
we receive your order. Actual transit time will depend on your shipping preference
and your geographical location.

A: Shipping rates are calculated automatically through the UPS real time database according to your destination zip code.
Q: How are your orders shipped ?
A: All of our orders are shipped via UPS at this time. You have the option
to choose Expedited UPS services.
Q: How do I return a product ?
A: Aurora Industries LLC manufactured products have a 100% money back guarantee,
less shipping. Aurora Industries LLC products have a 3 day visual inspection
period. If the items appear“used in
any sense of the word, other than visual and touch inspection, the item will
be subject to our approval before return. We do not refund return shipment
costs, only the purchase price of the item('s) purchased. Our strict return
policy is enforced to provide the best quality products for our customers.
We imagine
that
all of
our customers would like new and unused products. This is why we only allow
returns on visually inspected items. If there are any problems due to our
materials or worksmanship, used in normal conditions, a full refund will
be issued upon our approval. For all items, not manufactured
by us, you will need to refer to your product's return policy. No items will
be accepted unless you have received an RMA from us. All return inquiries
